Celeste Connell

Articling Student

Celeste Connell is an articling student at Acheson Sweeney Foley Sahota LLP. She received a Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Kinesiology degree from Queen’s University, where she worked for three years as a student Athletic Therapist for the Queen’s Varsity Soccer Teams.

Celeste completed her Juris Doctor degree at the University of Calgary. While completing her Juris Doctor, Celeste re-embraced her West Coast roots and returned to her hometown to work at Acheson Sweeney Foley Sahota LLP. Celeste has volunteered at hospitals across Canada in various departments including rehabilitation, geriatrics and medical imaging.

Celeste’s employment throughout her studies was in direct alignment with her passion for advocacy and included working at physiotherapy clinics, as well as volunteering with Student Legal Assistance at the University of Calgary where she provided free legal assistance on civil, criminal and family law matters.

Celeste intends to use her education and experiences to help those who require assistance. She possesses a strong desire to help victims of accidents manage their injuries and maintain their optimal quality of life. Outside of the office, you will often find Celeste on a spin bike or engaging in activities outdoors.
